1General Introduction

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on velkiusd are fully secure and encrypted. Deposits and withdrawals are easy via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 — via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 — for verified accounts.
• Average withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the method.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the velkiusd platform and may result in account closure and balance confiscation.

• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illicit funds.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Velkiusd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• The user submits a request to close their own account.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is complete. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance will be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming
